Order Cookies, Anyone?

If you are considering ordering cookies that are to be shipped outside my local area please take a moment to read the shipping information at the bottom of the Menu and Pricing page.

Here’s how it works:

Please fill out the order inquiry form, providing as much information as possible when filling in the section on Order Details so that I can quote you an accurate donation cost. Within 24 hours you’ll receive an emailed reply. The email will include:

• The availability of an opening on my cookie calendar for your requested date. If the date you requested is available please note that it won’t be held for your order until your donation has been received. Advance payment for cookies is required for orders to be confirmed.
• The donation for your cookies based on the information you provided.
• Instructions on how and where to make your donation online or by check. Sweet Hope Cookies has a dedicated donation page hosted by the ALS Association so please don’t make your donation until that information has been sent to you.
• Any further questions I might have to be able to complete your cookies.

Receiving an order inquiry form does not commit you to placing an order. Feel free to include any questions you might have in the Order Details section. Also, when filling out the Order Details, please let me know as much information as possible that would help me in determining the cost and the design of the cookies. Here are some general questions to consider:

• What event or occasion are the cookies for? Are they for a child’s birthday? A friend’s retirement? An end of the year soccer party? A wedding reception? A thank you gift for teachers?
• Is there information specific to the order that would help me make them as special as possible? Is the child’s birthday party any particular theme or colors? What football teams are playing after the tailgate party? What are the team colors? What career is your friend retiring from and what are they looking forward to doing in their retirement?
  
• Do you already have an idea of what cookie shapes you would like to be included? I’m happy to work with you by offering suggestions and ideas.
• Are you interested in cookies by the dozen or a cookie gift box? Do you want cookie pops? If you want cookie favors do you want them bagged and tied with a ribbon or do you want them flat sealed without a ribbon? Do you want to include any Sweetie Bites with your order? Do you want them delivered on a serving platter or in a bakery box?
